In this series of best office perfumes for men, I am going to be comparing Bleu De Chanel EDP and Fragrance One Office For Men.
Bleu De Chanel is a very popular men's fragrance all over the world but Office For Men was made specifically for the office environment and the person behind the brand is the famous fragrance Youtuber, Jeremy Fragrance. So this is going to be a tough battle.
Let's start with the scent.
How does it smell?
Both give off a citrusy, sweet, masculine scent which makes them suitable perfumes to wear in an office setting.

Both are fresh citrusy but with Bleu De Chanel you get a more sweeter freshness and it balance really well with the incense and woods.
Office For Men is sharper to the nose with the ambroxan and bergamot in the top notes but as it settles down it smells really great.
For best scent profile, I would have to go with Bleu De Chanel EDP since it's a more calm fragrance to wear in the office.
Performance
You're at the office for at least 8 hours so let's see how they stack up in terms of longevity, projection and sillage.
Both perfumes have really great longevity but Office For Men lasts a lot longer on me. Especially if you spray in on your clothing. The scent will stick on your shirt until the next couple of days if you don't wash it.
Office For Men also have a louder projection. One spray is enough for everyone in a small office to smell you so you don't want to overspray with this one.
You can go with a few more sprays with Bleu De Chanel as it's more pleasing but the projection is still quite strong.
All in all the clear winner in terms of performance is Office For Men. One spray and you're good to go for the whole day.
Versatility
You may be in different working environments. Sometimes you're just in the office, sometimes you have to go out, sometimes you're in a meeting room and sometimes you're at an event.
Not all perfumes are suitable to wear for every occasion.
Bleu De Chanel EDP does really well in a more formal office environment or events because of the darker and mature scent from the incense and woods. But it also works well in a dressed down, more casual setting.
Because of the great performance of Office For Men, I would wear it for events as well but more of a smart casual type of events. And also if I have work/meetings outside because of the freshness and projection.
Bleu De Chanel will be more suitable for suit & tie attire while Office For Men is more suitable for a more smart casual attire.
Winner of the battle of office fragrance between Bleu De Chanel EDP and Fragrance One Office For Men
I really like both perfumes in terms of the smell. Both are great office fragrances.
But considering the performance as well the situation I would wear them, the winner goes to Fragrance Once Office For Men.
It's just really masculine and the performance is far better than the already good performance of Bleu De Chanel EDP.
I really love the musky dry down of Office For Men which Bleu De Chanel doesn't have.
